Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our new Edmonton location. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong team performance, and consistent financial results. You will lead by example, driving sales growth, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive and engaged workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Manage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and government regulations.
  • Monitor and address security, loss prevention, and risk management issues.
  • Support front-line operations when needed (e.g., sales floor, customer service, merchandising).
  • Implement marketing and promotional initiatives within the store.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to support staff training and customer interactions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years retail sales experience and 2–4 years in a management role.
  • Post-secondary education in business or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and manage budgets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license with clean abstract (minimum three years).
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, or climbing.
