What you will do as a Loan Document Specialist:
- Provide administrative support, from our Central Loan Approval Office (CLAO) to the Easy Financial branch network.
- Manages/action requests for title search on property.
- Manages/action requests for property value confirmation.
- Prepares and sends applicable Secured Loan Documents for signing along with relevant document to branches.
- Escalate any documentation issues to the Loan Processor and/or Manager for review.
- Adhere to policy/procedures to ensure AML and Quality Assurance requirements are met.
- Meet and maintain service levels as defined internally and work with vendors to ensure outsourced service levels are maintained or exceeded.
- Assist the Central Loan Approval Office in identifying training or process opportunities.
- Gather critical customer (branch) feedback to help transform and streamline processes.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to work a variety of shifts from 8:00am to 9.00pm and Saturdays on a rotational basis.
- A willingness to learn.
- Past or current experience with the following platforms would be beneficial: Salesforce
- Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, as candidates will be dealing with the retail network.
- Intermediate level MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
