We are looking for a versatile E-commerce & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. You will be responsible for the digital side of the business (creating product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces) as well as the physical side (processing and shipping orders).

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management & Listing:

  • Product Listing: Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces (photos, descriptions, keywords).
  • Platform Management: Monitor account health and "deal with" marketplace issues, including opening tickets or resolving compliance alerts.
  • Inventory Sync: Ensure online inventory levels match physical stock across all platforms.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment:

  • Pick & Pack: Receive daily orders, pick items from inventory, and pack them securely according to shipping standards.
  • Shipping: Generate shipping labels and coordinate with carriers for daily pickups.
  • Returns: Process customer returns and update inventory accordingly.

3. Warehouse & General:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform inventory counts and organize stock shelves.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Computer Literacy: Comfortable navigating computers, web browsers, and learning new software.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to input data accurately when listing products.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to switch between desk work (listing) and physical work (packing) throughout the day.
  • Language: Language Requirements, e.g., Bilingual English/French.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Dans ce rôle hybride, vous gérerez les opérations quotidiennes de nos canaux de vente en ligne. Responsabilités

1. Gestion des Places de Marché (Marketplaces) et Mises en Ligne :

  • Mise en ligne de produits : Créer, mettre à jour et optimiser les fiches produits sur Amazon, eBay et autres plateformes (photos, descriptions, mots-clés).
  • Gestion de plateforme : Surveiller l'état du compte et gérer les problèmes liés aux places de marché, y compris l'ouverture de tickets ou la résolution d'alertes de conformité.
  • Synchronisation des stocks : S'assurer que les niveaux de stock en ligne correspondent au stock physique sur toutes les plateformes.

2. Traitement des Commandes et Expédition :

  • Préparation et emballage : Recevoir les commandes quotidiennes, prélever les articles du stock et les emballer de manière sécurisée selon les normes d'expédition.
  • Expédition : Générer les étiquettes d'expédition et coordonner les ramassages quotidiens avec les transporteurs.
  • Retours : Traiter les retours clients et mettre à jour l'inventaire en conséquence.

3. Entrepôt et Général :

  • Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organisé.
  • Effectuer des décomptes d'inventaire et organiser les étagères de stockage.

Expérience et Qualifications

  • Compétences informatiques : À l'aise avec la navigation sur ordinateur, les navigateurs web et l'apprentissage de nouveaux logiciels.
  • Souci du détail : Capacité à saisir des données avec précision lors de la mise en ligne des produits.
  • Adaptabilité : Volonté d'alterner entre le travail de bureau (mise en ligne) et le travail physique (emballage) tout au long de la journée.
  • Langue : Bilinguisme Français/Anglais.

Une expérience avec Amazon Seller Central ou des plateformes similaires est un atout, mais nous sommes prêts à former le bon candidat.
