The Opportunity
The Foundry Peer Support Supervisor oversees and coordinates the Youth and Family Peer Support programs at Foundry Burns Lake. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, youth- and family-informed peer support services, promotes integration with other Foundry services, and supports continuous quality improvement. The Supervisor collaborates with the Foundry Program Manager and Foundry Central Office to implement programs, lead daily operations, and contribute to research and evaluation initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day youth and family peer support activities and programming.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor peer support workers, including performance evaluations and management.
- Support staff recruitment, orientation, training, and development in collaboration with the Program Manager.

What You Will Bring To The Role
- Diploma in Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Public Health, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Lived experience with mental health and/or substance use concerns and willingness to share personal experiences.
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in peer support, including leadership and supervisory roles.

Wage Range:
The target hiring range for this position is $ $ per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
