Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Master Hairstylist role based in Burlington, ON. The Master Hairstylist will provide a range of hairstyling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, while staying updated on the latest trends and techniques. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice on hair care, and delivering a personalized experience. The Master Hairstylist will also focus on maintaining a clean, organized workspace and contributing to an engaging customer service environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and Cosmetology techniques
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills for understanding client needs and providing professional recommendations
• Proven experience in a salon environment and a valid cosmetology license
• Knowledge of current trends, tools, and products in the hair and beauty industry
