$92,310 - $124,890Knowledge of ag business and industry trends required
Manage business-to-business relationships that contribute to FCC's growing loan portfolio.

What you'll do:

  • Market FCC point-of-sale financing primarily to crop input retailers
  • Develop business relationships
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Evaluate market potential

What we're looking for:

  • Problem-solver who builds strong customer relationships
  • Collaborator with experience in consultation and business development practices
  • Team player committed to helping others achieve their goals
  • Strong communicator who's comfortable with executives and business leaders

What you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least four years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • In-depth knowledge of lending, marketing and sales
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively to meet partner needs within a prescribed territory
  • A love for agriculture
