This is a full-time, hybrid role working three days per week, including Wednesdays and Thursdays, on-site in our Toronto office.
What is in it for you

As our new Manager, Marketing, you will:
- Lead strategic planning and execution.
You will build and maintain a rolling 12-month marketing strategy grounded in partner objectives, member insights, and business priorities. You will build trust, influence decision-making, navigate diverse needs, communicate effectively, and create a positive overall experience. - Drive excellence.
You will drive operational excellence by overseeing the deployment of assets and media across owned, paid, and earned channels, in collaboration with Marketing Delivery and Brand Marketing, ensuring every touchpoint delivers a seamless member experience. You will present reports outlining account performance, risks, opportunities, and forward-looking recommendations to senior leadership, shaping decision-making through strong storytelling and analytical rigour.
You bring:
- The marketing background.
You bring a balanced approach of strategy, analytics, and creativity to your work. You have experience developing and optimizing marketing strategies and budgets to drive KPI and deliver measurable results. Ideally, you have experience with grocery or loyalty programs, but exposure to building and delivering retail marketing strategies is a strong asset. - The technical skills.
You can build strategy decks, marketing briefs, business cases, forecasts, and targeted marketing plans based on data analysis and competitive insights. You can achieve measurable success by identifying actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive marketing KPIs. You are highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. - The client-centred mindset.

You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have expertise in creating end-to-end plans, managing tasks, timelines, reporting, and communications. You are results-oriented and can set performance goals and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. - The interpersonal skills.
You have exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. You have proven experience building and managing trusting, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a subject-matter expert, influencing decisions, and championing strategic direction. You can navigate conflict, contradictions and demands.
