Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to improve product visibility and sales performance.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Support product management tasks including listing updates, inventory coordination, and promotional activities on WordPress or HTML-based websites.
  • Assist in budgeting for marketing campaigns and track expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns aimed at customer retention and acquisition while analyzing open rates and click-through metrics.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks (organizing materials, preparing orders, light handling)
  • Support the sales team with order processing and follow-ups
  • Maintain good customer service through phone and email communication
  • Help ensure smooth daily operations between warehouse and sales department

Qualifications

  • Proven experience or strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and general web management tools.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Prior experience in sales or product management is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
