We're looking for a Lighting Installation Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, notice the small details, and take pride in clean, professional results, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Install a variety of low-voltage lighting systems, including: Celebright permanent soffit lighting, landscape lighting, custom illuminated address signs
  • Run wire, mount fixtures, and make precision aluminum cuts for tracks to ensure a perfect fit
  • Complete clean, secure connections that meet safety and aesthetic standards
  • Load vehicles, prep tools, and confirm job details before heading out
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, keeping customer service a top priority
  • Represent Lift Lighting with professionalism, respect, and attention to detail
  • Keep job sites safe, organized, and spotless — leaving them better than you found them
  • Operate ladders, hand/power tools, and (when certified) boom lifts safely and efficiently
  • Follow our installation SOPs and daily procedures consistently

  • Installations meet our high aesthetic and quality standards
  • Projects are completed on time and clients are thrilled with the results
  • You follow direction well, but also take initiative when needed
  • You're open to feedback, eager to learn, and grow with the team

What We're Looking for:

  • Experience in lighting, landscaping, construction, or similar work (preferred but not required)
  • Comfort working outdoors in all kinds of weather
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work confidently at heights and in small spaces
  • Valid G driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for client properties

Bonus points if you have:

  • Boom lift or ladder safety certification
  • Experience with outdoor low-voltage wiring or soffit lighting
