The Handy Man will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
  • Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention.
  • Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders efficiently.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good physical condition and strength for lifting heavy items as needed.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
