Overview:
Our client, a well-established financial institution, is seeking a
Credit Administrator
to support the credit administration and lending operations team. In this role, you will review, validate, and process credit facilities to ensure all conditions are fulfilled prior to limit activation or funding. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a foundational understanding of credit processes within a banking or financial services environment.
**Key Responsibilities:

Conduct credit granting reviews to confirm all loan conditions are satisfied before credit limits or funding are released.
Prepare and review credit facility documentation using approved templates verified by the legal department.
Validate contract and credit limit applications for completeness and accuracy.
Manage collateral requirements by verifying and maintaining accurate records of security status.
Prepare reminders and follow-ups related to overdue limits, collateral updates, and related items.
Generate and provide accurate data and reporting to support internal teams and other departments.
Process credit operations tasks under delegated authority.
Perform other duties as assigned by the team supervisor or department head.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or financial services.
Must be fluent in Mandarin.
Strong attention to detail and sound analytical and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle assigned responsibilities independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.
