Job Description

We're excited to offer a great opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team We are currently looking for a Part-Time Floral Designer / Customer Service Associate.

Previous experience in floral design is a plus, but not required — we're happy to provide full training to the right candidate across all areas of the business.

We operate on a first-name basis and foster open communication between all team members and management. We believe in teamwork to deliver the best possible service to our customers. Working in a flower shop is both rewarding and fast-paced, and we strive to exceed customer expectations with every interaction. That level of service can be challenging—but it's what we expect from each other.

This is a part-time position, and the successful applicant must be available to work some evenings, weekends, and extended hours during holidays.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design and prepare floral arrangements and orders
  • Take customer orders over the phone
  • Assist walk-in customers in the store
  • Process transactions using POS system
  • Work closely with the manager and team
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products and services
  • Help keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor at all times

Job Type: Part-Time

Approximately 10-15 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Available to work part-time, including Saturdays
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer literacy

Experience:

  • Retail: Preferred, but not required—we're happy to train
  • Floral design: Preferred, but we will teach floral skills to the right candidate
