WHO IS AIR CHARTER SERVICE

To put it simply, we are the middle person between the clients and the operator. Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals, fortune 500 companies, governments & relief agencies, and sports & entertainment organizations.

Our Account Managers and Sales Consultants manage the full travel and sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and making a special effort to ensure your client's chartering experience is a success

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Work in conjunction with Sales Executives on Administrative sales duties
  • Travel on-board charters
  • Assist Sales Executives on charter process; from qualifying through quoting,
  • Establishes good relationships with clients and team
  • Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization
  • Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits
  • Balances the demands of a work life and a personal life
  • Keep up to date with market trends; controls costs and thinks in terms of profit, loss and added value
  • Adapts to the team, consults others and communicates proactively
  • Contracting and flight setup
  • Move clients to the next step in the sales process
  • Building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside organization

Une journée type

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables des ventes sur les tâches administratives liées aux activités commerciales.
  • Voyager à bord des vols charter.
  • Assister les responsables des ventes tout au long du processus de location de la qualification du client à la préparation du devis.
  • Établir et entretenir d'excellentes relations avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe.
  • Développer un réseau de contacts large et efficace, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur de l'organisation.
  • Cibler activement votre portefeuille de prospects à travers des appels sortants, des courriels et des visites.
  • Trouver un équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle.
  • Se tenir informé des tendances du marché ; maîtriser les coûts et raisonner en termes de profit, de perte et de valeur ajoutée.
  • S'adapter à l'équipe, consulter les autres et communiquer de manière proactive.
  • Gérer la contractualisation et la mise en place des vols.
  • Accompagner les clients dans les différentes étapes du processus de vente.
  • Développer et entretenir un réseau de relations solide et influent, tant en interne qu'en externe.
