The Senior Merchandising Manager leads the creative vision and product strategy for the Dead by Daylight merchandise ecosystem. This role combines product development, creative direction, and marketing campaigns to create compelling merchandise collections that engage the community and drive sustainable revenue growth. In this role you will :
  • Lead creative vision and expand the product range through innovative designs, exclusive limited editions, and strategic brand collaborations.
  • Develop the annual merchandise planning and product roadmap, coordinating launches with game updates and community events.
  • Source and manage relationships with artists, designers, and brand partners while overseeing creative workflows from concept to production.
  • Establish and maintain merchandise art direction guidelines to ensure brand consistency and premium positioning across all products.
  • Create and internally coordinate community-driven marketing campaigns including social media content calendar, influencer partnerships, and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and community feedback to inform product development decisions and brand storytelling strategies.

  • Proven experience in creative merchandise strategy and execution, leading impactful product assortments.
  • Strategic and innovative mindset, capable of developing long-term product roadmaps, anticipating market trends, and driving creative experimentation.
  • Leadership and collaboration abilities, inspiring creative teams, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and maintaining a strong client/user focus to deliver exceptional merchandise experiences.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop to convey creative vision.
  • Strong project management skills, with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, Monday, Confluence, and Basecamp to keep initiatives organized and on track.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and documentation platforms (SharePoint, Miro, DevOps) and Microsoft Office 365 to streamline workflows and communication. 
Dans ce rôle vous devrez :
  • Porter la vision créative et élargir la gamme de produits grâce à des designs innovants, des éditions limitées exclusives et des collaborations stratégiques avec des marques;

  • Sourcer et gérer les relations avec les artistes, designers et partenaires de marque, tout en supervisant les flux créatifs de la conception à la production;
  • Définir et maintenir les lignes directrices de direction artistique pour garantir la cohérence de la marque et un positionnement premium sur l'ensemble des produits;
  • Créer et coordonner en interne des campagnes marketing orientées communauté, incluant le calendrier de contenu pour les réseaux sociaux, les partenariats avec des influenceurs et les initiatives d'engagement;
  • Suivre les tendances du marché et les retours de la communauté pour orienter les décisions de développement produit et les stratégies de storytelling de la marque.
