Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design and Development Engineer, located in Burlington, ON. The role involves designing and developing innovative products and solutions, conducting research and development, performing product testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring high-quality designs to life. The Design and Development Engineer will continually enhance product performance while adhering to industry standards and client specifications.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Machine Design and Product Design
  • Strong background in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Testing methodologies
  • Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on innovation and process optimization
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and automation technologies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in machine vision or AI applications is an asset
