Insight Global is seeking a passionate and experienced
Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Supervisor
to join our team and help drive a culture of safety, sustainability, and compliance across our operations.

As a
Tier 1 Supplier
in the automotive manufacturing industry, we are committed to
lean manufacturing

sustainable operations
, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our facilities meet and exceed
industrial safety
standards.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and support
    risk assessments
    ,
    incident investigations
    , and
    safety training
    initiatives.
  • Ensure
    regulatory compliance
    with local, provincial, and federal HSE standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and improve HSE programs.
  • Maintain documentation and support audits aligned with
    ISO 14001
    and
    ISO 45001
    .
  • Supervise two direct reports and report to the HR Manager.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a health and safety role within manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Nice to Have

  • CRSP or equivalent professional certification.
  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI for data-driven safety insights.
