Are you a passionate practicing Muslim professional who is an internationally educated healthcare graduate (IEHP) in mental health, psychology, or social work? Do you want to serve your community, support students, and gain valuable experience in Canadian schools?

Join our
Wellness Bridge Program
— a community-driven mental wellness initiative designed to support students in Islamic schools with early emotional support, prevention tools, and resilience-building rooted in faith.

What You'll Do

  • Support delivery of
    Tier 1 & 2 student wellness activities
    (workshops, circles, 1:1 check-ins)
  • Promote emotional literacy and mental health tools in a
    faith-informed
    way
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents for holistic student care
  • Track engagement, student feedback, and outcomes
  • Attend training and be mentored by senior Muslim psychotherapists
  • Help us pilot Canada's first community-powered mental health model for faith-based schools

Who We're Looking For

  • Practicing Muslim professional who is an IEHP with background in psychology, social work, mental health or youth services
  • Passionate about student well-being, emotional health, and faith-aligned care
  • Excellent communication skills and sensitivity when working with students
  • Committed to privacy, ethics, and community integrity
  • Currently facing underemployment or seeking meaningful integration into the sector (Zakat-eligible candidates prioritized)
