Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Toronto, ON, for a Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologist. The role involves operating radiologic equipment to perform diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to support clinical excellence within the hospital.

Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of Radiologic Technology and Radiology practices
  • Strong understanding and implementation of Radiation Safety protocols
  • Expertise in using Radiation equipment and handling associated medical imaging processes
  • Educational background in Medical Radiation Technology or equivalent, with relevant certifications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly within a digital environment, is an asset
  • Membership or eligibility for certification with the relevant regulatory body
