Cutover Lead

50% in person at any office in MTL, Brossard, Valcourt or Sherbrooke (to be validated by the manager)

3+ months contract job.

Bilingual: English/ French

Tasks

  • Plan follow-ups, take notes on to-do items.
  • Plan and coordinate activity tracking with technical and business teams.
  • Launch and track cutover activities (update durations, status, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain tracking tools (e.g., dashboards, activity triggers, Smartsheet, Google App Script).
  • Act as backup in the absence of a cutover coordinator.
  • Manage activities leading to the creation and updating of cutover plans.
  • Track retrofits.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in multidisciplinary team management
  • Proficiency with Google Sheet (Excel), Google Script, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
  • Knowledge of IT or ERP projects.
