About the Role

As the Clinical Operations Manager at HealthOne, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of a dynamic, multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Based at our location in North York, you will oversee clinical and administrative functions across multiple departments-including Medical, Rehab, Wellness, Dental, Optometry, Mental Health, and Skin Care.

Responsibilities:

Lead with Purpose

• Coach and inspire a high-performing team across clinical and administrative functions.
• Build a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
• Analyze staffing needs and address workforce gaps proactively.

Run a Smooth Operation

• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, infrastructure, and policy adherence.
• Identify and implement operational improvements.

Drive Growth and Results

• Achieve revenue and performance targets through effective financial management.
• Analyze KPIs to guide strategic decisions and service expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new care programs and offerings.

Enhance Patient Acquisition and Experience

• Partner with marketing to drive patient growth through digital, referral, and community channels.
• Foster interdisciplinary programs of care that promote long-term patient success and retention.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Management experience in a fast-paced healthcare or clinical setting.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Strategic mindset with financial acumen and operational expertise.
• Experience implementing clinic policies and procedures.

Assets:

• Familiarity with EMRs or healthcare administration software.
• Leadership, project management, or change management certification.
• Background as a healthcare provider or frontline clinic administration.

Schedule:

• Full-time | 37.5 hours/week
• Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm
