About the Role
As the Clinical Operations Manager at HealthOne, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of a dynamic, multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Based at our location in North York, you will oversee clinical and administrative functions across multiple departments-including Medical, Rehab, Wellness, Dental, Optometry, Mental Health, and Skin Care.

You'll work closely with department leads and healthcare providers to ensure operational excellence, outstanding patient experiences, and strong business performance. From inspiring and developing your team, to optimizing workflows, implementing strategic initiatives, and collaborating on innovative programs of care, you'll help shape the future of integrated health at HealthOne.
Responsibilities:
Lead with Purpose
- Coach and inspire a high-performing team across clinical and administrative functions.
- Build a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Analyze staffing needs and address workforce gaps proactively.
Run a Smooth Operation
- Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, infrastructure, and policy adherence.
- Identify and implement operational improvements.
Drive Growth and Results
- Achieve revenue and performance targets through effective financial management.
- Analyze KPIs to guide strategic decisions and service expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new care programs and offerings.
Enhance Patient Acquisition and Experience
- Partner with marketing to drive patient growth through digital, referral, and community channels.
- Foster interdisciplinary programs of care that promote long-term patient success and retention.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
- Management experience in a fast-paced healthcare or clinical setting.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Strategic mindset with financial acumen and operational expertise.
- Experience implementing clinic policies and procedures.
Assets:
- Familiarity with EMRs or healthcare administration software.
- Leadership, project management, or change management certification.
- Background as a healthcare provider or frontline clinic administration.

- Full-time | 37.5 hours/week
- Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm
