We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team in Brampton. In this role, you will generate new business, maintain client relationships, and provide tailored insurance solutions to businesses. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex commercial coverage needs while contributing to the growth of the brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the commercial insurance market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering solutions for property, liability, commercial auto, and more.
  • Negotiate coverage and premiums with insurance carriers.
  • Manage an active book of business, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing client support for policy renewals, adjustments, and claims.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall brokerage growth.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
