Our team thrives on professionalism, integrity, and performance — and we're looking for a driven Sales Associate who knows how to build relationships, close deals, and grow with us.

The Role:

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing residential and commercial projects. You'll work directly with the leadership team to develop territory strategies and hit growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prospect and follow up with qualified leads (both inbound and outbound)


• Conduct site visits, inspections, and customer consultations


• Prepare and deliver professional proposals and estimates


• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets


• Maintain CRM records and follow up on opportunities


• Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and client meetings

What We're Looking For:


• 3+ years of proven sales experience (construction, roofing, or home improvement preferred)


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
