Ivy Homes Ltd. is a well-established home builder and renovation company managing dozens of residential properties across London and area. We are seeking to partner with a professional cleaning company to handle ongoing post-construction and property turnover work.
We build and renovate homes year-round — often completing up to one new home per week that requires a detailed post-construction clean, along with regular changeover cleanings between tenants at our managed properties.
Scope of Work
- Post-construction and renovation cleans
- Move-in/move-out cleanings
- Tenant turnovers and seasonal changeovers
- Occasional specialty or touch-up cleaning projects
Requirements
- Must be a registered cleaning business (not individual cleaners)
- Carry WSIB and liability insurance
- Provide all supplies and equipment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent quality
- Experience with construction cleaning strongly preferred
