Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

You will be responsible for coordinating bookings, providing customer service, and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinating bookings and ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
