Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Perform carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, doors, windows, flooring, cabinetry, trim, and finishing work for both residential and commercial projects

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to execute accurate measurements and cuts

  • Install and repair structures, fixtures, and materials with precision

  • Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to meet project timelines

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized worksite

  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment efficiently

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of carpentry experience, with demonstrated skills in both residential and/or commercial construction (framing, finishing, structural work, and renovations)

  • Proficient in blueprint reading, measuring, cutting, and material assembly

  • Familiarity with a wide range of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations

  • Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks

  • Required: Valid driver's license, trade certification, and safety training (e.g., Working at Heights)
