Bilingue (E/F) Représentant au service à la clientèle (CSR), Banque - Description du poste :

Le représentant du service à la clientèle bilingue (E/F) sera responsable de la gestion quotidienne des mandats clients, assurant des normes de service efficaces dans le segment du marché intermédiaire. Ce rôle consiste à agir comme point de contact opérationnel pour les clients bancaires et à s'assurer que l'exécution est conforme aux modèles opérationnels de la banque.

Représentant du service à la clientèle (RSE) bilingue (E/F), Banque - Responsabilités :


• Agir comme point de contact opérationnel pour les clients bancaires.


• S'assurer que l'exécution correspond aux paramètres des tâches définis pour le segment Mid-Market.


• Travailler avec les équipes opérationnelles pour orienter le modèle afin d'améliorer le service à la clientèle.


• Soutenir une utilisation accrue de la technologie bancaire pour les options libre-service.


• Apporter une connaissance technique et opérationnelle de toutes les activités clients et points de contact dans les deux organisations.

Bilingue (E/F) Représentant au service à la clientèle (RSE), Banque - Compétences obligatoires :


• Bilingue anglais/français, à la fois écrit et parlé.


• Diplôme de premier cycle en commerce, économie ou commerce.


• 3+ ans d'expérience en RSE à la gestion de clients à présence mondiale.


• 3+ ans d'expérience progressive dans les services financiers.


• Un haut niveau d'expertise opérationnelle technique et une capacité à comprendre les modèles opérationnels de bout en bout.


• Expérience en soutien à des projets/programmes; Connaissances en gestion des risques.


• Maîtrise de MS Excel et Outlook.

Bilingual (E/F) Client Service Representative (CSR), Banking - Job Description:

The Bilingual (E/F) Client Service Representative will be responsible for managing client engagements daily, ensuring efficient service standards within the Mid-Market segment. This role involves acting as the operational point of contact for bank clients and ensuring execution aligns with the bank's operating models.

Bilingual (E/F) Client Service Representative (CSR), Banking - Responsibilities:


• Act as the operational point of contact for bank clients.


• Ensure execution aligns with the parameters of tasks set for the Mid-Market segment.


• Work with operational teams to direct the model for better client service.


• Support increased use of bank technology for self-serve options.


• Bring technical and working knowledge of all client activities and touch points across both organizations.

Bilingual (E/F) Client Service Representative (CSR), Banking - Mandatory Skills:


• Bilingual in English/French, both written & spoken.


• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, or Business.


• 3+ years' CSR experience managing clients with a global footprint.


• 3+ years of progressive financial services experience.
