Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Full-Time Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer and student experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
- Oversee daily store operations following SOP guidelines
- Ensure store readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels
- Ensure smooth opening, closing, and shift procedures
Staff Supervision & Training
- Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff and instructors
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching
- Create staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage
Customer & Student Experience
- Maintain a high standard of service for students and parents
- Oversee registration, scheduling, and billing processes
- Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns professionally
Sales & Financial Management
- Monitor POS transactions and ensure accurate cash handling
- Oversee invoicing, payments, and financial reporting
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
Deliverables
- Daily End-of-Day (EOD) reports
- Weekly operational summaries
- Monthly performance reports including revenue, expenses, staff metrics, and customer feedback
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with digital tools and administrative systems
Assets:
- Experience in administrative, retail, receptionist, or customer service roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Products, Apps, and Services
- Experience in education, music, or related fields
