Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, with experience in the restaurant or food industry. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is handled safely and meets health regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Experience in serving, food preparation, or barista roles is a plus.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing an exceptional dining experience.
