As we continue to expand our presence across Canada and the USA, One Solution Payments is actively seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join our growing team. We are excited to strengthen our sales department and are looking for a Statement Representative to play a key role in our sales cycle. This position is vital to ensuring the success of our merchant relationships. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting our merchants in submitting their payment processing statements, enabling us to provide in-depth analysis and recommendations. Additionally, this role will involve helping our merchants secure the best possible rates for their processing needs, contributing directly to both their success and ours.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contact leads provided by the company to request statements of their existing services.
  • Accurately record and document the information received from leads.
  • Follow up with leads as necessary
  • Keeping organized records and tracking file progress

Qualifications:

Must Haves

  • Call center experience
  • Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
  • Consistent and reliable transportation to our office
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Previous experience pulling statements

Nice to Have

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Drive to succeed
  • Interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in the payment processing industry is considered an asset
  • Previous experience pulling statements is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in POS software is considered an asset
