As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions. Customer Service Sales Associate's Role and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with our customers and prospects via phone calls, emails, text messages, and face to face, spark conversations, and build genuine relationships while understanding their unique needs.
  • Introduce customers to our full suite of products and services, helping them find the perfect solutions that enhance their lives.
  • Educate, support, and ensure every customer feels valued and excited about their choices.
  • Keep up with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices through ongoing training and mentorship.
