Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental compliance, with hands-on experience managing COR audits and working with multiple safety platforms. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain company HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate and lead COR audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Manage and update multiple safety management platforms and databases.
- Conduct safety inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
- Track, report, and analyze HSE performance metrics.
- Support training initiatives and maintain accurate safety documentation and records.
- Communicate effectively with all departments to promote a strong safety culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an HSE administrative or coordination role.
- Proven experience conducting or coordinating COR audits.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Proficient in using multiple safety management systems and platforms. (e.g., OH&S, COR, ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Avetta, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant HSE certifications or post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety considered an asset.

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
