Job Overview
The Senior Project Manager will manage client relationships, drive end-to-end project delivery, and ensure the seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, eCommerce, and video channels. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day communication with clients, agency teams, and external partners to align on objectives and deliverables.
- Plan, scope, and manage timelines, budgets, and resources for multi-channel campaign execution.
- Write and guide creative briefs, ensuring deliverables meet brand and technical specifications across formats.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to adapt and optimize assets for digital deployment.
- Anticipate project needs, manage risks, and ensure all milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
- Provide strategic input when evaluating creative work and identifying opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Account Management within marketing, creative, or digital agencies.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project planning, budget management, and digital workflow tools.
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Hybrid role based in Toronto with flexibility for remote collaboration.
