We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting delicious beverages and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and payments.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred but not always required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods;
  • must lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Present menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and ingredients.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and service stations.
  • Refill beverages, clear plates, and reset tables for the next guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver an efficient dining experience.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Upsell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks.
  • Skills
  • Strong background in hospitality and customer service within the restaurant or food industry.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Experience with cashiering systems is preferred but not required.
  • A passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$36.54 per hour
