Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and laser treatments ,with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in retail sales and product knowledge will also play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience.

Duties

  • Perform skincare treatments including laser treatments for skin rejuvenation facials, hair removal and other esthetic services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and tools to ensure client safety.
  • Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products to promote sales.
  • Upsell additional services and products based on client needs and preferences.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare goals and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Valid esthetician license with laser certification in accordance with provincial regulations.
  • Proven experience in retail sales and customer service within the beauty industry.
  • Strong skills in laser skin rejuvenation ,skincare treatments, and product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
  • Previous experience in hair styling is a plus but not required.
