Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for Retail sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be key in driving sales and fostering customer loyalty while maintaining a positive shopping experience .

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Assist customers with the purchasing process, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies.
  • Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions and inventory management.
  • Employ upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing assistance and knowledge of products.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Keeping the store Clean and organized daily.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales, Fashion/beauty/home decor and/or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality is an asset.
  • Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Experience with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility.
  • Ability to demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Requirement: 19 yrs +
