Overview

We are seeking a punctual, motivated, dedicated and eager to work Electrician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to branch away from larger companies where you simply a number in a system.

What you bring to the table

hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working under the Canadian electrical code. The Apprentice Electricians will assist in various electrical projects, learning essential skills and techniques necessary for a successful career in the industry.

Duties

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
  • Able to bend EMT Conduit 1/2" - 1-1/4"
  • Able to manipulate all EMT conduits 1/2" - 4"
  • Comfortable with PVC rigid conduit
  • Work with volts equipment as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Support experienced electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Troubleshooting

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an industrial electrician or in a related electrical field is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics related to electrical work.
  • Knowledge of low voltage systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
