We're known for our friendly expertise, quality products and exceptional service. We're looking for an enthusiastic Plumbing Showroom Sales Associate to join our growing team.
Role Overview
The Plumbing Showroom Sales Associate is the first point of contact for homeowners, designers, and contractors visiting our showroom or reaching out online or by phone. You'll guide them through product options, help them visualize solutions and create quotes that turn ideas into finished projects.
This role combines customer service, product knowledge and sales, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people bring their kitchen and bath projects to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a warm, professional approach.
- Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotes, sales orders and purchase order in coordination with our suppliers.
- Answer phone calls
- Book service call appointments.
- Follow up with customers and contractors to close sales and provide updates on order status.
- Help maintain in-store displays, signage and product samples to ensure the showroom is clean, organized and inspiring.
- Stay up to date on new products, promotions and vendor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous sales experience in plumbing and/or kitchen & bath is preferred.
- A customer first mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable learning product specifications and explaining them in everyday language.
- Detail-oriented with good math and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and stay organized.
- Weekend availability may be required.
