Overview

A global financial services leader is looking for an
Audit Manager
to strengthen oversight across technology and business functions. This role sits within a growing Internal Audit group and will focus on delivering end-to-end audits, testing IT and business process controls, and driving improvements that align with regulatory expectations and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-scope audits across IT and business areas, from planning through reporting.
  • Perform detailed risk assessments and identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls.
  • Test IT General Controls and Application Controls; highlight gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Provide audit coverage of wealth/securities operations, business process change management, and transformation initiatives.
  • Draft and present clear, actionable reports to senior management.
  • Oversee follow-up and closure of regulatory, audit, and divisional findings.
  • Stay current on evolving industry standards, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across IT, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; professional certification (CISA, CISSP, CIA) strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of internal audit, IT audit, or related risk/control experience.
  • Experience testing ITGCs and application controls.
  • Familiarity with financial services, particularly wealth/securities operations, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting abilities; proficiency with audit tools/software.
  • Integrity, sound judgment, and ability to manage confidential information.
