Essential Requirements
- Valid BC Class 5 driver's license.
- Fluent in English (both speaking and listening).
- Strong customer service and communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for handling paperwork, scheduling, and clerical tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency (handling emails, data entry, MS Office).
Typical Duties
- Greeting and assisting guests, customers, or vendors at the dealership.
- Answering phones, responding to email inquiries, taking messages, and transferring calls.
- Filing, maintaining records, and supporting sales or parts staff with administrative duties.
- Occasionally moving vehicles on the lot if needed (requires Class 5 license).
- Ensuring a clean, tidy, and organized reception/front office area.
- Communicating effectively and actively listening to customer needs
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $17.85 per hour
