Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Edmonton, AB. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our service delivery while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of office operations, including administrative tasks, financial management, and human resources
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Utilize accounting software such as Sage50, Xero, etc. to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employee salaries
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Take service calls, schedule and order material.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - 3 to 5 years
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to speak Ukrainian, Russian, Polish an asset
