Position Details

Nason Contracting Group Ltd. is currently seeking a Telehandler for work at our MNP Sports Centre project in Calgary, AB

  • Benefits and RRSP Provided As Per Collective Agreement
  • Location: Calgary, AB
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday

What You Will Be Working On

  • Responsible for the safe operation of equipment following manufacture's and industry standards
  • Plan and execute operation activities to avoid schedule delays
  • Operate Equipment in tight work areas and in proximity of workers
  • Install/remove of hoarding panels around site
  • Maintain and repair hoarding as needed
  • Operate ZoomBoom telehandler to lift, move, and position materials safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
  • Assist with site organization and material staging.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
  • Follow all safety protocols and site regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
  • Support general labor tasks as needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Valid ticket for Skid Steer, Telehandler, Zoom Boom (Skid Steer ticket, ESC MEWP/AWP)
  • CSTS-20
  • WHMIS 2015
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Be self-motivated and dependable
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
