Location: On-site in Longueuil ...

Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time, daytime hours
Salary: $24 to $26/hour, depending on experience

Contract with Possibility of Permanent

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Process and manage customer orders accurately

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes

Qualifications
Experience in inside sales (experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment is an asset)

Bilingualism (French/English) is required, both spoken and written - Clients are based all over Canada

Comfortable with technology and order processing tools

Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and team spirit
