Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Collision Centre located in Williams Lake.. This role is vital in ensuring our team delivers top-notch service while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the Collision Centre.
  • Manage parts inventory and assist in estimates
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain inventory control and oversee purchasing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage inventory effectively and oversee purchasing decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with collision repair processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks related to management.
