FCAW Welder

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled FCAW/Flux Core Welders with strong hands-on experience in multipass welding and back gouging. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in FCAW welding and hold a valid CWB ticket

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Fabricate and assemble structural components (beams, stairs, guardrails, etc.).
• Perform FCAW welding, including multipass welding and back gouging.
• Operate fabrication tools: saws, shears, brakes, grinders, drill press, torch cutter.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety in all work.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a FCAW Welder.
• Strong knowledge of FCAW welding techniques and structural steel fitting.
• Ability to read and interpret structural/fabrication drawings.
• Valid CWB certification (or willingness to renew).
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
