As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you'll play a key role in our client outreach — generating leads, building relationships, and scheduling appointments for our expert agents.

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to potential clients and convert leads into real opportunities

Schedule appointments for our real estate specialists

Connect with clients from multiple sources, including:

  • Expired listings and FSBOs
  • Buyer leads and referrals
  • Past clients and network contacts

Keep our CRM system organized and up to date

Follow up with leads

Participate in weekly role-play and script practice sessions to sharpen your skills

Track your progress, achieve your goals, and celebrate your wins
