What You'll Do:
Marketing & Creative
- Develop ideas and create engaging content for social media.
- Design digital/print marketing materials.
- Schedule and manage social posts.
- Record, edit, and produce video/podcast content.
Office Administration
- Upload listings to MLS.
- Answer phones and handle client/agent requests.
- Open/close the office and maintain organization/filing.
Client Care
- Communicate with clients about listings, requests, and concerns.
- Update CRM with leads and client info.
- Provide top-level service and follow-up.
Personal Assistant Support
- Assist the President and Secretary with scheduling, tasks, and communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
