Role Overview:
Our Client requires immediate Fractional HR support to support business transformation, manage payroll processing , and support future payroll integration. This includes an HR audit, change management, employee coaching, recruitment, and. The role will be part-time (up to 30 hours per week) with on-site presence in Beamsville, reporting to a remote manager.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Transformation: 30% of time
Provide HR presence and act as an extension of the HR leadership team. Support health & safety compliance, WSIB, and HR best practices. Review current policies and practices and provide recommendations to VP, HR on areas of opportunity
Payroll & Compliance: 25% of the time
- Ensure smooth payroll processing for employees in the assigned pay groups
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes for efficiency and improved compliance. Provide recommendations to VP, HR for review and approval
- Review HR policies for consistency and compliance.
Immigration & Workforce Support: 20% of time
- Assist in immigration efforts for roles as assigned
HR Coaching & Development: 15% of the time
- Provide management coaching and HR support to Canadian workforce
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting (As needed)
- Provide candidate evaluations and hiring recommendations.
- Facilitate quick introductions and testing processes for new hires.
- Support Ontario Job Grant applications for employee training programs
