- Communication & Enablement: Collaborate with our internal teams to build and execute a plan that increases awareness, understanding, and utilization of our benefits and wellbeing offerings.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our benefits providers, brokers, and internal partners like our People team and Finance to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Global Program Updates: Take a lead role in projects aimed at improving our benefits and wellbeing programs, including a review and update of our global maternity and parental leave programs.
- Project Assistance: Support special projects aimed at improving our benefits and wellbeing programs, such as updating our global maternity and parental leave policies.
- Document Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of our "Wellbeing at a Glance" document, a central resource that captures all of the different benefits and resources available to our Benevity-ites globally.
- US and Canada Benefits Support: Support the administration of our US 401k and Canadian Defined Contribution plans, ensuring compliance and effective management.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the People team and other internal stakeholders, bringing a positive and supportive presence to your daily work.
What you'll bring:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits administration.
- Experience with benefits and leave administration.
- A natural curiosity and willingness to learn about global benefit trends and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
