Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Real Estate agent & Business Broker to join our team in a very high sales volume environment. The ideal candidate will be given leads daily and should have a passion for helping clients navigate the commercial real estate market, specifically restaurants & small businesses. Whether they are buying or selling, businesses or properties. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a understanding of how small businesses and restaurants operate. As a Real Estate Business Broker, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and providing them with expert guidance throughout their real estate transactions.

Duties

  • Show team listings
  • Assist clients in buying & selling, restaurants & small businesses by providing expert advice and market analysis.
  • Conduct property showings and walk throughs to showcase listings to potential buyers.
  • Help negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favourable terms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to deal transactions, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.

Experience

  • Proven experience in the restaurant business and real estate sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
  • An understanding of how restaurants operate is also preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • A solid understanding of the real estate processes and best practices is advantageous for assisting clients effectively.
  • The understanding of how leases work is a great asset.
