Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure all food, beverages, and service standards consistently meet our high-quality, safety, and compliance requirements. This role works closely with the kitchen, operations, and management teams to maintain consistency, uphold customer satisfaction, and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor food preparation processes to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Check incoming food supplies for quality, freshness, and proper storage.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to restaurant standards.
  • Review portion sizes, presentation, and consistency of dishes leaving the kitchen.
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with staff to address quality concerns.
  • Train and support staff on food safety practices, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management to update quality control policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local health department regulations.
  • Participate in audits and implement corrective measures as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food safety, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, FoodSafe, or other food safety standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Working Conditions:

  • Requires standing and moving for extended periods.
  • May include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
